Ginger Jaggery Juice

Ginger and Jaggery (cane sugar) are an excellent combination for digestion and can cure many ailments like morning sickness, arthritis etc. Take a look at how to go about with the fresh ginger jaggery juice recipe.
Ingredients:
1. 1 tsp fresh ginger (paste)
2. 2 ½ tsp jaggery
3. 1 glass of water
4. Pinch of cardamom
5. Ice cubes (optional)
Ginger Jaggery Juice Preparation:
1. Mix all the above ingredients and sieve the juice.
