If one looks at the ICC rankings, there isn’t much doubt that West Indies is streets ahead of the Dutch side. Or rather, should be streets ahead. Unfortunately, the rankings are much deceptive. Netherlands is an Associate nation because of which the experience of playing the top sides is lacking. But they are a side on the ascent. And West Indies, as exhibited by their performance against South Africa, a team on a decent.
