Children and nutritious food for healthy mind and body

I have seen many times that mothers are always keep running after their kids with their bowls of food, which not required as kids eat as much as they require. You just need to take care that your kids must consume enough nutrition. If your kids is not eating a lot of food or his food intake is not proper than need not to worry as you will start thinking that your child is becoming unhealthy. Kids start eating at the stage when they start growing physically and mentally. They may at times feel so hungry that they will ask for food themselves and at time will eat very less.
Children always follow their parent’s foot steps so if you want them to eat healthy then please include highly nutritious food in your diet. Make them eat every season fruits and vegetable whether they like it or no. protein intake is very important for growing child therefore you can provide protein through peas, eggs, beans, fish, chicken, meat, milk, yogurt and cheese. Nutritious food is important for kid’s overall growth.
