Mohanlal’s birthday gift!

Remember, last week we had reported that Mohanlal celebrated his 51st birthday on the sets of Roshan Andrews’ Casanova in Bangkok? Now, the
latest we hear is that the actor has purchased an apartment in the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, as a birthday present for himself.

As per sources, the star purchased the 940 square-foot apartment, for 2.8 million dirhams (Rs 3.5 crores). It is on the 29th floor and has a picturesque view of the dancing fountain.

Lalettan, as he is affectionately known, spends a lot of his spare time in Dubai and also owns a villa there. In fact, the actor secured a UAE driving license last year when he was shooting there for Casanova.
