    How do I disable the confirmation code in the free hosted forums?

    Go to your forum

    Got to your Administration Panel

    Under General Admin Section, click Configuration.

    Set 'Enable Account Activation' to none. It's the 7th option from the top.

    All that does is not send the confirmation email, I am talking about the small box to keep bots from entering the forums, It is a box with letters and numbers the register page has on it for the people to copy.

    Hmmm, I don't think it possible since you can't acces the sourcecode of remotely hosted scripts. If you really don't want it I would download phpbb or another forum and host it on your own site, then you can fully adjust it.

    THAT option is the 8th one down in the configuration page.
    'Visual Confirmation' I believe.
