    Your marriage is in serious Trouble, a woman seldom makes up a story about an affair...... unless she is trying to SHOCK you into reality or she honestly did have one and wants to justify ending the marriage. You sound as if you realize that you have caused your share of trouble by not being supportive, and by arguing. Your one shot is to have her agree to counselling for both of you. Her answer will tell you if she wants the marriage to work or is giving up.
