    Morning walk reduces the risk the risk of heart attack by half,
    It increase the strength of your heart and lungs,
    Oxygen inhaled results great amount of energy especially to your joints,
    It reduces the cholesterol level,
    It increases self confidence,
    It prevent from depression, stress and anxiety,
    t promotes muscular development,
    It strengthens the immune system,
    It reduce high blood pressure,
    It improves blood circulation system,
    It results in early and better sleep.

    Regular morning walk give a lot of health benefits and also start fueling for a whole day.Morning walk benefits not just limited to your physical health but also best for your mental health as well.

    Morning walk is good for muscular strength, it also strengthens your heart, delays or prevents major diseases or illness, reduces blood pressure and the risk of stroke, reduces cholesterol, strengthens joints and bones, helps in weight loss, improves mood and self-esteem....

    There is no alternate of morning for our health specially.It makes us active,healthy,strong and more happy.

    Morning walk is the best work out amongst all the workouts as it allows to create you fit and dynamic It also allows to avoid you from serious illnesses. It should be done consistently .
