Thanks for sharing some good info ... I know that some foods are good for hair health . Foods like egg yolks , spinach , liver and carrots ... Because these foods having vitamin A nutrient values and it's really good for hair growth .

I've heard Vitamin E.
But,Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills. I just started taking them but they are proven to give glowing skin stronger nails, and healthier hair! Healthy hair makes long hair. Take them twice a day!!
