I think that vegetables are probably the best foods you can eat if you want to lose fat. They are full of nutrients yet very low in calories so you are able to eat them freely without fear of gaining weight.As the article states the best ones to eat for fat loss are the cruciferous type. A diet focused primarily focused around vegetables and protein as found in the 247 fat loss program is going to be very effective for losing fat and losing it quickly.
