    Hi Abel,
    Great benefits of apples. Apples are great for health and we must eat apples daily to improve health.
    Apples reduce tooth decay by lowering the levels of bacteria in mouth and are used to treat diarrhea and constipation. Apples detoxify your liver also.

    Thanks for the info. I also like that apples help satiate my hunger, and also that they keep me regular. I also love Wishgardens!

They are also a rich source of other antioxidant compounds such as quercetin, epicatechin, and procyanidin B2.Apple contains a flavanoid called phloridzin which protects post-menopausal women from osteoporosis and also increases bone density. Apples also contain Boron which strengthens bones.

    Apples are great for health and we must add apples in our daily meals.
    Apples reduce tooth decay by lowering bacteria level in mouth and stabilize cholesterol level. Apples are used to sure diarrhea and constipation.
