A soaker is a diaper cover made out of either wool or fleece. They are like longies, shorties, skirties, etc but a soaker is shaped like underwear. They look like this and the fleece ones usually have something cute embroidered on the tush.

What are Soakers?
Soakers are simple diaper covers, most often crocheted or knitted from wool, or other natural fabrics like angora or goat hair. We use wool soakers with fitteds for nights with Benji. Benji has never woken up wet wearing one.
