It was earlier reported that the shooting of Ajith's forthcoming 'Billa 2' has been wrapped. The latest is that the first look of the film will be unveiled on January 14, Pongal and the trailer will be unveiled in February. Following which the audio launch will take place in March and the movie will be an April 2012 release.

The team successfully wrapped their shoot in Georgia recently. After flying back to Chennai, a photo shoot by G Venket Ram took place in here with the cast and crew of the film in full attendance.

This film which is one of the most expected movies of 2012 is a prequel to the 2007 super hit 'Billa' and showcases what events led to David becoming Billa, one of the most powerful dons internationally.

Considering the speed at which the film is taking shape, it looks like 'Billa 2' will be ready much ahead of its release date...
