    We can control the body weight by eating good quality food and also doing the exercise daily.
    On the other hand we must avoid to eating fast food.

    If you are increase your weight to some serious problem. So you control your weight otherwise to make your body fat and also implement food & vegetable and daily exercise. So you maintain your weight.

    Hi Annie,
    Agree with your post that we must adopt healthy way to lose weight which is regular exercise with diet meals and avoid unhealthy ways to reduce weight quickly as they might lead to some deficiencies.
