Great and effective ways to lose weight naturally and like to add few points.
Drink green tea and avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda. Prefer raw food over processed food and do start some exercise, sport or any physical activity.

I've 2 suggestins:
1. EXERCISE- Exercise.................exercise................. .and regular physical exercises.
2. Take weight losing helping diet/control diet.:)
