Union Public Service Commission has invited applications from Engineering graduates for recruitment to the Services / Posts under the categories viz. Civil Engineering, Mecahnical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. A combined competitive examination will be held by the Commission at various centres across the country commencing on 15th June, 2012.
The number of vacancies to be filled on the results of the examination is expected to be approximately 560 including 47 PH vacancies. Reservations will be made for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Physically Disabled Category in respect of vacancies as may be fixed by the Government of India.


The Online applications(Part I and II) can be filled from 10th March, 2012 to 9th April, 2012 till 11.59 PM, after which the link will be disabled.

Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (SC / ST / Female / PH candidates are exempted from payment of fee) either by remitting the money in any branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India / State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur / State Bank of Hyderabad / State Bank of Mysore / State Bank of Patiala / State Bank of Travancore or by using any Visa / Master Credit / Debit Card.
