    Default FTP Problem

    I can't connect through FTP. When I try to connect FTP it shows this error "530 Authentication failed, sorry".
    Please help.

    Maybe your accounts are not active yet? Or maybe your FTP accessing program sucks. Try logging into your FTP through the Free hosting button up top.

    I am using CuteFtp and tried to access my by internet explorer as well, both are not working.

    My account is activated。。。

    YOU MUST DISACTIVATE YOUR ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM AND FIREWALL!
    ===============================================

    Then you will be able to transfer files with FTPCute.

    Don't forget to REACTIVATE your anti virus and firewall after transfer is finished!

    You are very wash and attentive. Tell me, please, what it means:
    150 Accepted data connection
    550-Quota exceeded: FinTaxSetup.exe won't be saved
    550-36 files used (0%) - authorized: 100000 files
    550 51184 Kbytes used (99%) - authorized: 51200 Kb
    Transfer Failed!

    What is it "550-Quota exceeded". What "quota"?
