i've just registered a Free IB Forum
everything is new to me, i wonder if i was able to import a chinese language package to the forum
also, i 've registered a Free PhpBB forum, it allow me to import chinese language package, however, i can't import my own Emoticons...
i wonder if these can be improve?
this is the greatest free forum hosting site that i can find, still i hope it can become perfect!
