Does any one knows about Alzheimer ?

Recently my grand ma was diagnosed with this disease and the doctors gave him consulting and advised her to remain in a supported living center.. we are all worried about her and i do really wanted to do something for her...
I think that a supported living center that has a connection to nature is the best one where you can bring your senior loved ones. That is an ideal place for an old person because they like somewhere quiet and close to nature.

Symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease usually develop slowly and gradually worsen over time, progressing from mild forgetfulness to widespread brain impairment. Chemical and structural changes in the brain slowly destroy the ability to create, remember, learn, reason, and relate to others. As critical cells die, drastic personality loss occurs and body systems fail.
