Imaging is also a great alternative suggested by e-w-f-a. When I fix PCs, It goes much faster because programs, drivers, etc are already installed. I know newer eMachines come with Symantec Ghost, works well. You can also buy Symantec Ghost retail.

I have a melex 36volt cart. I have new batteries. on start off at slow speed it stops and go not really a jerk action just stops and i push pedal it goes and stops. Now it I press pedal it goes smooth at high speed.
