To get your site indexed in Google, it's not very important to submit it. Just concentrate in building your link popularity and Google will automatically find your site by following links on other sites. Your site will be given more importance if Google finds it on its own.
(2) Keyword Density
Keyword density is just how frequent your keywords appear on your site. Say your main page has 1000 words and your keywords appear 50 times, you have a keyword density of 50/1000 * 100 = 5% which is ok. Try getting a keyword density between 5-10%.
