I use two set of programs. One is for my anti-spyware, Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta.
It is free from Microsoft and it is very good at searching for Spyware.
My second program is EzTrust. It is free from service to Road Runner High Speed Internet.
It has Anti-Spyware, Anti-Virus, Firewall, and Anti-Spam for email clients.
