u didnt understand the problem correctly. i will explain

for example take our bizhat forums

in that the topic appearing is an anchor. when we click the anchor the text of the anchor is taken to next page.. i.e the topic is taken

anchor text

when we click the above anchor
"anchor text" should be taken to next page
