After three year's exile from filmdom following his illness, senior actor Balachandra Menon will be back to movie acting . He will don an important role in the upcoming movie 'Buddy' featuring Anoop Menon. Menon and Anoop had worked together ten year s ago for the television serial 'Megham' which was a big hit with the audience.

Balachandra Menon has recently released his book on cinema, which was attended by celebrities of Mollywood. Meanwhile, Buddy' which is made on a big budget will feature Anoop as Amal Antony Thadikkaran, an NRI who spends his holidays at Ootty. The movie directed by Raj Prabhavathy Menon will be mostly shot at Ootty
