phpbb is neither hacked or stealed source code from vBulletin
but another open source software that's based on php which is free for us to use
it is not warez

No, I meant the original link before it had gotten changed. I would have replied "Nice, phpBB is a great free product." instead of having to recite the TOS to the admin's and mods. If you had read the original post before it got edited then you wouldn't be trying to be facetious with me.

BTW. I do my homework before I make a statement. I am rarely wrong.
