    Impressive tips for flat belly. I just want to add a little suggestion. Always eat variety of foods especially foods having fiber content. Never skip your break fast. Drink more and more water because it helps in weight loss. Avoid eating junk foods. Do cardio, stretching and weight lifting for quick results.
