How To Recognize Pregnancy Symptoms How To Recognize Pregnancy Symptoms

There are several symptoms that can indicate a woman’s pregnancy including tender breasts, frequent urination, missed period, extra fatique, elevated basil body temperature, enhanced senses, and nausea. When a woman becomes pregnant, there are many factors that she may notice which point to her pregnancy. Obviously, you can go to the doctor to determine whether you are pregnant or not. However, there are some signs to look for before you make that doctor’s appointment.

One of the earliest signs of pregnancy is tender, swollen breasts. Even though this is a common sign, a woman may not associate a pregnancy with her tender breasts simply because this is also a common symptom associated with menstrual periods. The difference between swollen and tender breasts with a pregnancy and a period, however, is that the breasts’ tenderness will subside once a period has begun. If you are pregnant, your breasts will continue to be sore through most of your first semester. If you are pregnant, you may also notice an increased need to urinate. This is due to increased fluid levels in your body due to the pregnancy.

Your body will need to urinate more frequently to relieve these excess fluids.Of course, if you regularly keep track of your monthly periods, you may notice that your period has not occurred on time. If your period usually happens at the same time each month and doesn’t appear on schedule, this may be a sign that you are pregnant. Keep in mind, however, that there may be other factors that have postponed your period, such as stress, exercise, or illness. You may think you have had your period, even if you are pregnant.

You may notice a small amount of bleeding. This will not typically be as heavy as a period. This bleeding is called implantation bleeding. This occurs when the egg attaches itself to the uterus. If you think you are pregnant, however, and you experience excess bleeding and pain, notify your doctor immediately! The first semester of a pregnancy usually causes extra fatigue in a pregnant woman. Your body will be going through several changes, and your hormone levels will increase. These changes will sap your energy.

The good news is that your energy level will increase during the second semester of your pregnancy. If you are charting your body temperature as a means of determining ovulation or as a method of birth control, you may notice a change that indicates pregnancy. If your basil body temperature stays at an elevated level for approximately three weeks, you may be pregnant.A newly pregnant woman may discover that she is acutely aware of particular tastes and smells. You may find that smells which normally don’t bother you are now unpleasant. You may also discover that foods you typically enjoy now taste odd. These symptoms are also due to an increase in certain hormones, such as estrogen. As your hormone amounts level off, your sensitivity to smells and tastes may return to normal.

You may experience nausea beginning in the first weeks of pregnancy and often lasting through the first semester. This may be due to several factors including increased pregnancy maintaining hormones, digestion problems, and enhanced senses. Typically, by the beginning of the second trimester of your pregnancy, you should feel better. Finally, if you suspect you might be pregnant, there are numerous home pregnancy kits that are available in grocery stores and supermarkets. Some can be taken a couple of days after a missed period. If you want the most adequate test, however, you will need to let your doctor take a blood sample.
