1.Eat at regular intervals:
Don’t starve yourself by eating your meals after extreme long gaps. Eat on time whenever you feel hungry so that you satisfy your hunger by eating the right amount. You may end up overeating later or you may munch on some junk in between.

2.Avoid eating outside food more often:
Sometimes you tend to put on weight by having regular outside food which has more fat and is not very healthy. Prepare light home cooked meals and carry your food to work. Or you’ll end up eating a burger with extra cheese or carb rich hot dogs.

3.Plan a regular workout regime:
If you want to lose weight without dieting you need to work out regularly. You need to follow your workout regime with dedication. If you work out regularly you will be in a good shape.

4.Eat in moderation:
You need to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner properly. You could have a dessert after any one meal perhaps once a week. Plan out your meals for the week and eat in moderation. This will not only satisfy your cravings but also make sure you eat in limitation.

5.Stop snacking when you are not hungry:
When you stay up late or are bored during evenings you feel like munching on some junk food. Avoid munching on junk even when you’re not hungry only because you feel like. Control these cravings and you will definitely lose weight.

6.Avoid midnight munching:
If you want to lose weight, you need to understand that having meals or munching on chips at midnight are the wrong way to go about it. Your metabolism rate is low at night hence the food does not digest easily.

7.Don’t have junk food on a regular basis:
Cutting out junk food from your diet doesn’t mean you are dieting. It means you are eating regular healthy food without the extra calories present in junk food. This will help you reduce weight.
