Applications are invited by Netaji Subhas Open University for admission to the following courses for July-2013 session.
Programme And Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Library & Information Science (BLIS)
Graduate (10+2+3) 45% in Hon’s Subjects for Hon’s Graduate, 50% in aggregate for pass Graduates having 3 subjects (stipulation regarding
marks may be relaxed for inservice candidates

2. Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication (PGDJMC)
Graduate of any recognized University.

3. Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising (PGDPR &Ad.)
Graduate of any recognized University.
4. Post Graduate Diploma in English Language Teaching (PGDELT)
Graduate of any recognized University.
5. Certificate in English for Communication (CEC)
Pass 10+2 or equivalent (Candidates who have passed BPP from NSOU or any other University and pursuing BDP are also eligible.)
6. Certificate in Human Rights (CHR)
Passed 10+2 or its equivalent.

Mode of payment of fees and submissions of filled in forms:

Step (i) Students are required to collect the admission form from the Study Centres.

Step (ii) Then they will submit the filled in admission form and Pay the requisite amount to the study centre on receipt of a duly signed money receipt.

Step (iii) Filled in admission forms submitted by the students are to be verified and authenticated by the co-ordinator of the study centre.

Step (iv) The Co-ordinator is to deposit the entire amount of the admission fees collected from the students to Bank A/C No. 20021580770 of NETAJI SUBHAS OPEN UNIVERSITY with Allahabad Bank. The said fees may be deposited to any branch of Allahabad Bank.

Step (v) The pay-in-sleep for deposit of fees is to be sent to the University along with the Admission forms.

Besides course fee, an amount of Rs.380/- (Rs.100/- for Registration, Rs.100/- for Identity Card, Rs.50/- for prospectus and Rs.130/- as Annual Development fee) is to be paid at the time of admission to each course.
Las date of submission of filled in application form together with requisite fees at Study Centres is 08.09.2013 and the same may be sent to Registrar’s Department of the University by the co-ordinators latest by 10.09.2013
