Speculations are rife that George Clooney and Katie Holmes have grown close after a 'series of dates'.

Insiders told Grazia magazine that the brunette beauty and the handsome hunk, who have known each other for years, had met through her former husband Tom Cruise and instantly hit it off, Metro.co.uk reported.
If sources are to be believed then the couple has since enjoyed a number of dinner dates and their chemistry is 'undeniable'.
One spy said that the former 'Dawson's Creek' actress has had a crush on Clooney for ages and now she has really set her sights set on him.
The insider added that there is a genuine connection between the two.
