Pancake Recipe

Plain Flour - 100g
Eggs - 2
Milk - 200 ml
Butter - 1 Tablespoon
Salt - a pinch

Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
Make a well in the middle of the flour.
Break in the eggs into that well.
Add the pinch of salt.
Start whisking the egg with a fork or egg beater slowly adding the milk.
Continue mixing until the batter is of the consistency of a thin cream.
Melt the butter and add it to the batter and whisk it in.
Leave it for 10 minutes before you start frying the pancakes.


Heat a frying pan. When the pan is hot turn the flame to medium and using a kitchen towel smear round some butter in the pan. Now pour 3 tablespoon of the batter into middle of the frying pan and spread it around.
Fry both sides until golden brown.Sprinkle some sugar on top before serving.
