Where it comes from???

I have deleted all files on the web hosting.
Also delete all the Internet temporary files but
I still can access all of the content of the web site.

So where it comes from?

P.S. I let the time passed for a long but it is still accessible.

I guess , the ISP was cached all files on the server.

You seem to not have deleted all the files. http://bmwoptions2.bizhat.com/ seems to be working perfectly although there is no index.html page.
