I like alot Filezilla, because it's very simple and useful, got a nice UI (maybe not as preatty as SmatFTP or CuteFTP) and does the job very very good.

If you're having problems with Filezilla connecting to your account, try changing your proxy settings.

I really recommend this client, I use it all the time at my job. :)
