No doubt all types of cardio exercise like cycling,basketball,jumping and jogging are good and easy way to lose weight and for body maintenance. Every one can keep itself fit and young by doing these exercise.

Thank you for tips , but diffcult to follow , very determined people only can loose upto 10kgs in 6 months and that is only forever if maintained the diet
If anyone wants to fast weight loss, he/she should give up oily food and exercise regularly.
