    The MBA program is tailored meticulously keeping in mind the industry dynamics and the ever changing economic scenario. SRM MBA is a two year, semester based (4 semesters) program with industry internships resulting in a structured project at the end of each year.     HRM:
    Human resource managers are increasingly recognized as important contributors to overall business success. This specialization in Human Resource Management is designed to strengthen the student's ability to perform this strategic role. The emphasis is on immediate application of the knowledge, competencies, and skills necessary to integrate business and human resource strategies. Stuents who choose this specialization are often interested in pursuing human resource management positions in a business setting or in consultancy firms.
    FINANCE:
    Finance focuses on addressing the critical need for having a more integrated and sustainable financial system, thereby contributing positively to the society where we live and work. The Specialization not only makes students aware of theoretical underpinnings of development but also gives them the opportunity to implement class room learning through various live projects.
