ftp errors

I have a netfreehost site, and can access the ftp site fine, but when I try to add a new folder to the site, and rename it, I get an FTP erro occured - cannot open remote folder Test Files/, 550 Can't change directory to /Test Files: No such file or directory Or, when I access the ftp site from Internet Explorer, I cannot rename the folders in it manually either, getting an error telling me that I cannot rename files on the FTP server, because I don't have proper permissions.

Idon't know if NetFree allows you to do FTP I think thats why they have a phpBB setup script.

Your going to have to ask someone who is higher ranking than me.
