MySql Error...Pleaser REad

Hi when browsing through the forums in my site, i get the following error-

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/freebb/config/multiforums.config.inc.php on line 11
Unable to connect to database on 'localhost' with user 'root'
Please check your settings in multiforums.config.inc.php!

This used to come before too, but that was long back, and then it never happened.. But now the same problem persists... I cant do anything about it since there is no FTP support for the site,as it is remotely hosted by www.netfreehost.com.. What shud I do... Please help...

I think that is something that comes up when you've exceeded a bandwidth limit... Not sure though

I am getting something similar. The forum has been running slow for a couple of days. This is the message that I just got.

Ya.. Site works slow also.. But now its working fine.. But cant tell when it will happen again

I think MySQL hasnt been sorted fully yet...
