    Can i install it? And am i allowed too do it? and where do i get the informations about it i need?

    No PHP is not allowed to new users.
    MySQL is Needed for PHP-Nuke.

    I have a cfePortal v1.2 I can hand out to you and set it up real quick. Its pretty much the same as PHP-Nuke & Compatable Templates etc...
