ok here let me clarify it...

in order for the MOD to upgrade your account...

1) YOU MUST HAVE A SITE TO UPGRADE

2) you must have made 10 posts

3) you must speak clear enough for the MOD to understand you

4) you must have regestered with http://www.netfreehost.com/

these are just what i have seen so far... so calm down... wipe those eyes out and wait for things to get in order...
