You can create MySQL Database by loging into control panel at

http://www.domainstobuy.com/login.php

Click on "MySQL Manager" button.

On next page enter

MySQL Database Name and MySQL Password

MySQL Database Name and MySQL Password should be 6 to 16 characters in length.

I checked your forum, but i can't find anything differnt in your forum, for me it look like default IB forum skin. May be because i have not used IB forums.
