as far as i know you can not get domain name's for free unless its a subdomain or some one that will sponsor one for you (not easy to find) .com name are not that much any ways you can get one for about $8.95 usd a year.

i never heard that free domain with .com is available.but subdomain ending with .com is available i.e. yourname.bizhat.com.free domain without .com may be available unless you have to buy it.
