Question regarding getting a ".com"

I have read the terms, but I'm still a bit unclear..

I realize that bizhat does not want people to use .tk or .cjb.net as subdomains on their hosting, but if I wanted to purchase a .com
would that be ok to use it?

You will have to let bizhat.com allow you to have a .com that will direct them to your bizhat.com account.
like www.cfe-clan.com will go to http://cfe-clan.bizhat.com

Talk to nokia or a server professional at bizhat.com about getting an "Addon Domain".

At www.whois.sc they sell domains as low as $6.
