Problem with FileZilla ftp client

I am using FileZilla as my ftp client. But I can’t connect my bizhat account through that ftp client. It shows this error Timeout detected, Unable to connect. On that FileZilla I can connect other servers. Why I can’t connect to bizhat to this ftp client. Please help.

well i have no proplems at all with mine tho filezilla maybe there system was down for that day or even your user name or password was incorrect cause i made that mistake about 15 times cause i thought it was asking for my screen name from the computers lol but anyways hope this helps u a lot.

The ftp host should be yoursite.bizhat.com
Username should be yoursite.bizhat.com
Password: your passeord

try CoffeeFreeFTPInstaller it works for me try searching that under google or yahoo or even msn those are my choose to search for that ftp i never had a porplem with that if there is just post here but other then that it should work fine happy postings.

also CuteFTP works fine with me
and also Internet Explorer works fine by the way
