    Default Bandwith Problem

    Bandwith of my account (sohaib.bizhat.com)has gone in negative.Can users still download files.

    No.. They can't. for getting a 1Gb bandwich you must have 50 posts or more.. But if you will spam the forum, or your messages will consists "thank you, thanks for link" you will be banned by forum admin.
