Add user information (profile)

I have a personal website and have a section named as "My Friends". I want this section should be generated.

I mean the person should write something for him / herself and this information should be upload on a new page. If user also want to add his / her picture this should also show on a blank space.

It;s like a yahoo profile page.

How can i do this.

I understand your problem. I will solve it if you want.I mean you must know about the web development. That is you shoud use the server side scripting. You shoud do this by using PHP & Mysql, ASP & Sqlser. so which you would prefer. For this purpose you shoud have a good programming in PHP & Mysql or ASP & Sqlser. If you don't know about this then send a mail for me what you want in detail and also send me a attachement.
