Cant access FTP server

cant get into the FTP server. Im positive Im using the right password, unless the password for the FTP server is different from the one for the site.

Every time I try to log in I get this message:

530 Authentication failed, sorry

am I doing something wrong?

yoursubdomain.bizhat.com

That is

illuminatied.bizhat.com

If you use internet explorer try

ftp://[email protected]

Now it will ask for password, just enter your password, now you can drag and drop files to your web site.

thanks. that worked the first time, then every time I tried to move a file it asked for my password again. After giving it to it, it apparently didn't like my answer and asked me again (yes, im positive it's the right password). Now I cant even log on through IE at all, let alone transfer files.

If yes, your password and user is are ok, you need to use the same user id and password for FTP.

After loging in you can use the File Manager Link inside, that will open Internet Explorer for uploading files.

Web based file manager will be available soon.

ya, I can log in everywhere on teh site. I even just got through and uploaded some files a second ago. Must just be EI not always working. The online file manager'll help a lot.
