I don't agree when you say PHP is mosted used language on most webservers.

You gotta consider gaming servers, that use no php or mysql but use binary and window's and linux language.

In my opinion HTML is most used language beacuse you couldn't see or know much without html because its used for everything.

I agree about ur statement. Not only php can be used as language web base programing. There are more language than php.

IM planning to create a web database site. can anybody suggest what's better and easier to use for beginners. Is PHP and MYSQL advisable for windows XP users with 512MB of RAM?
