Increasing the Size of the Scroll Bar

How to adjust the width of the scroll bar:

1)right click in the desktop
2)Select Properties
3)Select the Appearance tab
4)Go to the item list and find scrollbar.
5)Increasing the value in the Size field will increase the scrollbar width.
