Moderator? Bleh, doesn't sound like much fun to do. I'm not sure about lessons, but an excellent tutorial site is http://www.w3schools.com/ . They give very good explanations of the languages, mention any browser compatibility problems, specify what code is no longer valid in newer versions of the language, and allows you to experiment for yourself at the end of every section in an editor script. All-in-all, I'd say they are likely the best source for full tutorials on entire languages (as opposed to just certain specifics). They teach HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, and a bunch of other languages.

The HTML section is here. They start at the most basic and work their way up to the most advanced.

I myself have to also recommend w3schools. I may have learned most of my html from playing with Dreamweaver or from a resource book, but w3school is an EXCELLENT resource if I am having problems.

Nemezis - Top rate? You know what, nevermind, it's not even worth littering this discussion on the forums.

SMM - Good to see you have your images up. Just a suggestion though: you may want to change the color(s) of the menu backgrounds. Either that or the font color. have black on gark gray is very hard to see, and the entire site itself seems blase using the same color in different shades. infact, the original color is a shade. brighten up your site a little, it'll make things for the better.
