Well I don't think the 9/11 commission really is credible I mean it is washington, DC. I think it's clear at this point that intel agencies had some information about potential plots to be carried out in the US. It seems that legal barriers prevented the authorities from sharing vital information with other agencies, a problem that CAN NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.
