Having problem accessing to File Manger

That is if your web site is

http://jokes.bizhat.com

Use following

Server: jokes.bizhat.com
User: jokes.bizhat.com
Password: refer your welcome mail. If you don't know, try lost password link.

Thanks for the advice, I tried it yesterday and it won't work but its working fine today... Wonder what happen...
